Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift vouchers do not have a cash value, are non refundable and non transferable.

Gift vouchers may only be used by the recipient.

The gift voucher must be presented at the time of the appointment, we do not accept copies or photos of vouchers.

Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of the purchase. Should your voucher expire, a fee will be charged to extend the gift voucher.

Appointments are subject to availability. The Therapy Rooms Bingley Limited does not accept responsibility for lack of preferred availability within the vouchers validity date, therefore we recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment or an extension fee being charged.

Our Cancelation Policy

Failure to attend your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your total appointment cost.

Canceling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your total appointment cost.

Cancelation fees can be paid via card in person, or over the phone, in cash, or if you are using a gift voucher, the charge will be deducted from your voucher
